About Our Local Office

The Northwest Fort Worth Office of Right at Home is locally operated and is family owned. We are part of the national Right at Home franchise organization, a senior home care and staffing company providing care since 1995. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. We do that by providing high quality in-home caregivers to serve you.

Quentas & Felicia Jones are the owners of the local office serving the Northwest Fort Worth, Texas area.  Both Quentas & Felicia have extensive experience in the customer service field, in which they were charged daily with assisting a diverse group of clients with their needs, questions and concerns.  Felicia’s educational background consists of a bachelor’s degree in Multi-disciplinary Studies. Quentas has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and a Masters degree in Professional Counseling. Also, Quentas has experience as a intern counselor,  in which he assisted with discharge planning as well as group and individual counseling for young, senior, and disabled adults.  That being said, both Quentas & Felicia have a desire to give back to their community while making a difference in the lives of people they encounter.

That being said, the Northwest Fort Worth Right at Home office provides caregivers who are trained, insured and bonded and can assist with a wide range of client needs. We offer Companions, Certified Nursing Aides (CNA's), and Home Health Aids to seniors and other people in need of in-home care and assistance.  Services are provided for as little as 3 hours a day up to 24x7 care, and live-in services.
